This hat is designed to fit most adult head circumferences, ranging from 54–59 cm. Thanks to the strong elastic band and adjustable chin strap, it stays comfortable and secure, even through wipeouts.

If you normally wear smaller / kid-sized hats or need extra room for a larger head, our new XS/S and XL sizes may be a better fit. With three options now available, every surfer can find their perfect size in the lineup.

NOTE: If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one — the hat can always be tightened, but not enlarged.

To ensure your surf hat remains in prime condition, follow these simple care steps:

1. Rinse After Use: Wash away saltwater and sand with fresh water after each surf session.
2. Dry in Shade: Avoid direct sunlight; let it dry in a shaded area to preserve color and material integrity.
3. Loosen Strap: Relieve tension by loosening the adjustable strap after use.
4. Hand Wash Periodically: Every few months, gently hand wash with mild detergent in lukewarm water to remove accumulated residues. Carefully detach any removable parts before washing. Rinse thoroughly and air dry in the shade.

Our surf hats are tested and meet the rigorous CE standards as well as adhere to the EN812:2012 safety guidelines for bump caps, ensuring good head protection for our customers. Additionally, they provide UPF 50 sun protection, guarding against harmful UV rays during long sessions in the sun.
